Follow-up Sessions

If you have availed of one of our in-person consultation services (Consultation Planning / Healthcare System navigation / Patient Education / Accompanying Client to Appointment) , we are able to provide you with an online / phone follow-up session with your family or caregiver. Here's what we can help with:

- Relaying information over the phone / online to designated family members or caregivers

 

- Attending home meetings upon request

 

- Helping the client and family come to agreement on healthcare related decisions

 

All our services are available in 4 languages (English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi)

This is a convenient way for our clients' family or caregivers to be informed of their loved one's healthcare issues, provided we have permission of the client to do so. Online follow-up sessions take place over Skype, so please make sure you have downloaded the Skype App on your desktop, mobile or tablet.
